Now, many of you may look upon me, and judge me as a backwards aristocrat. You may be right. However, from what I know, I'm not. I have served the Senate ever since I was twenty-one, and have led the Ursel family in guiding Belgium ever since my father's death seven years ago. You may think the Dukes sit in their palaces and look down at the little people, but quite frankly, we have helped Belgium since the beginning. Capitalist funded the industrial growth, but who do you think funded the capitalist? Do you think they came out of nowhere? Still, even today, there are far more Aristocrats then Capitalist in Belgium, and all the wealth trickles down. You may rise the lower-classes with your fancy and motivated speeches, you may convince some of the middle-class with your decrying of the rich strata. However, at the end of the day, please do remember who fills your pockets. Who moves the economy. Who leads the charge in growth. If elected, I will lead Brussels into a new era of enterprise and prosperity. I will strengthen the police, establish a clear bureaucracy, a daily assembly so each and every citizen's voices may be heard in the upper halls of the Brusselian elite. I promise, no man, woman, or child child be left behind, and never again shall our glorious city be taken by rebel forces.

Given the recent inclusion of an aviation corp to our Army, I would like you to look in to the possibility of using aircraft in our Navy. I am sure that there are several possible ways that they could be employed within our current naval doctrine, and if you feel it would be worthwhile, then you have permission to establish a Naval Aviation Service.

Listen: do we really wish to see Vanderhoof reelected as Minister of Flanders? The same man who has impeded numerous legislation and stagnated Belgium's reformation through the use of his unjust and undemocratic power of veto? No!
We believe that any reformist agenda, be it Socialist or Liberal, is doomed to failure as long as the illegal regional veto won't be eliminated. To elect someone who has proven to be ready to use this undemocratic power means to condemn the nation to another five years of political stagnation, something that we simply can't afford if we wish to put an end to the Fascist menace in Africa and rebuild Democratic rule within our nation!
Therefore we urge all good citizen of Flanders to not vote for the pseudo-secessionist vanderhoof and to oppose the unjust power of veto currently in the hand of the Ministry of Flanders!
