So get rid of the remainings of US fleet, bring as many more divisions to bahamas as you can and then launch a full scale assault on the whole East Coast.

Good set of updates as normal. Given the US forces have apparently massed in the Florida region, any chance of hitting 'em where they ain't and landing up north?
Feb 1st
This seems like a good time to start cleaning up Asia properly so I have DOWed Siam and set in motion the normal overwhelming assault. This will be slow and steady but will result in their destruction along with the British troops hiding behind them. I will even be able to deploy a sufficient attack to displace and destroy those British troops I have been facing for the last many months in their little tail of Burma. (Moulmein).

The USA starts the month by attacking me with a huge and rather destructible fleet of one destroyer. The German navy manage to sink it without loss (or embarrassment).

The US follows this up with a very similar looking naval bomber strike. I don’t imagine that they found this to be the best air combat odds they have ever had to deal with.
Feb 2nd
The British air force have decided to have a go at my base in Bermuda but their obsolete bombers have little chance against my German fighters. This was a very difficult interception as the sea zones due north and south of Bermuda had storms running which prevented me from assigning these fighters an air superiority mission and hence getting them to takeoff. Fortunately the last in range sea zone was clear so I could persuade them to takeoff and intercept. This is a very annoying feature of Bermuda (you can’t make them launch air superiority over Bermuda itself) that nearly forced me into complete defencelessness.
Anyway, they managed to takeoff and inflict a fair amount of carnage. These strategic bombers are effectively out of the game as the UK has minimal IC available and will never manage to reinforce them.

The two carrier task force I suspected in the north has turned up with totally inadequate escort. The battle is soon over with the carriers retreating rapidly with no screens. Even one screen seems to be adequate protection against my fleet but zero screens is likely a little awkward even for fighting me.

Further south there is a reappearance of US naval bombers hoping to sink a few subs but the rather flaky air cover is enough to see them off with unit losses. As previously my air cover is suffering badly from the large number of sea zones in the local sea area. This causes dispersion of effort and very poor interception levels. If another fighter group had turned up then I might have scored a total elimination.

The two carriers are clearly heading for Miami but they lose one ship to the German submarine fleet whilst the air battle continues overhead.

And again, another attack by a rather depleted looking naval bomber force.

After some thought I have decided to try a port strike on Miami. If I can get in enough damage before the air defence does for my CAS then I should be able to reach a suitable naval position for a landing. Rather strangely there is no response from their air defence but then the CAS decide that bombing their zero strength naval units is just as important as the real target. Current fleet strength here seems to represent the bulk of the US capital ships. Fortunately, after a bit the CAS decide that the main task force is the target but there are no visible losses. I am suspicious that battle damage is not shown properly during a port strike.

More minor naval action with the German subs embarrassing themselves with one for one losses despite their overwhelming strength (and technological superiority).
Feb 6th
The US strategic bombers are still trying for Scotland but are being ‘dealt’ with by the German interceptors. They remain effective enough to neutralise this advanced bomber force but are unable to inflict significant losses due to the technological difference – advanced piston engine interceptors against turbojet bombers.
One useful side of this raid is that it gives an indication of where the US strategic bombers are – well out of the way in Iceland.
Feb 7th
Continuous air superiority patrols of the Florida coast are picking up the odd air intrusion. My advanced turbojet fighters are dealing with a single type IX interceptor which by my calculations is technologically equivalent. This is quite effective and leaves the unit in tatters.
Feb 10th – 11th
I decide to try the port strike again and it is successful without interception although still obsessed with the zero strength units. On the second day the task force is reduced to one badly damaged CA and a destroyer before the end of the battle. During the night I have a quick check of the naval balance and the US now has no capital ships whatsoever. They are now at zero carriers, zero battleships and zero heavy cruisers. If recent activity is a good guide then there is virtually no navy in the east coast theatre and I now have a free hand to land.
I had been planning to wait for the paratroops to be brought forward but under the circumstances now is the right time to strike. The last cross Atlantic transfer of divisions has just arrived at Bermuda and so it is time and we are going in.

Fighter patrols continue to pick up enemy units and inflict heavy casualties. This force is a mix of basic rocket and basic turbojet interceptors. Relatively easy meat for my massive patrol. I have upped the fighter density and just hope I don’t get over stacked encounters.
Feb 14th
The first task force has arrived in its strike position supported by a large light cruiser coastal bombardment force. The marines go ashore with a convincing attack into Tallahassee but somewhat weaker attack on Tampa despite the shore bombardment.

On the other hand, with this kind of support I rather suspect they will succeed in landing. I am still nervous about US fighter intervention so air support is, for the time being, a purely fighter based exercise. The defenders org is already severely depleted and the marines should succeed.

This is the last feeble gasp of US naval power in this theatre. 3 destroyers walking into the lion’s den.

As feared the US has intercepted my interdiction missions but I have a substantial numerical advantage and I have made sure they are all fighters.

Another last gasp with 2 destroyers intercepting the sub screen, my main carrier fleet and the second invasion force approaching from Bermuda. I am massively over stacked but so what. One destroyer sunk and one limping home.
