when I was looking at an EU screenshot on sidgames.com, I saw a couple of strange symbols in certain provinces.
there's a symbol which looks like a silver bowl containing beans with bags behind it. I have a hunch that it represents food production.
in Moravia and Sudeten there is a symbol which looks like chocolate bars, what is it?
in Silesia, Saxony and Tyrol I saw blue-grey symbol, what is it?
in Western Prussia and eastern pomerania I saw a symbol which looks like a silver cone, what is it?

In the city info sidescreen, the 'bowl and bags' picture represents trade venues.

It is actually the major commodity produced in the province and yes it is the base for trade. This bowl-thingy is 'Grain'.

Who's the worker we see in some/each province; usually looks like a blacksmith? I've seen this question asked before but haven't seen an answer.

The blacksmith appears when you are building an army in a province.
