That's probably enough. DoW a minor and see who joins in. If the PS joins take all their land and annex the minors, if not annex the minors then attack the PS. It might be work breaking your peace treaty with the PS before you attck 2S so you only have to take their capital, otherwise wait till the treaty runs out.
