Your SURE that they shiped yours? This guy sounded stoned, but he was typing something on a computer. Are you SURE that games ordered from EB.com have been shipped?

Guys, guys, guys. Pre - order should never be done online. Thats just a scam to get you to fork over extra for 1 day shipping. Go to the store and slam down $5 bucks on the counter and watch them enter your pre - order into their computer. Right now as we speak, I am staring at my HOI pre - order receipt, dated 09/27. I had faith Paradox!! I had faith!! Tomorrow there will be HOI box waiting for me. They better or there's gonna be some screaming and slamming of some computer/register to the ground!!

I too ordered in early october from EBgames and also have my order backordered. If I find 2 copies tomorrow morning i will be cancelling My order with them.

What is a bit annoying is that they shipped to people ordering in November but not to some of us who ordered in october.

Dear Sir or Madam,
While I have always used EBworld for my purchases of PC Media, and have considered myself a loyal and regular customer, I was today very disapointed in your service when you failed to ship My preorder that I placed over a month ago on your web site.
I would like to add that under normal circumstances I could understand a shortage of product to fill all orders, but what I do not understand is that orders placed subsequent to my own were filled Monday the 25th of November while my order which was placed first was left unfilled.

This I feel is an unacceptable buisness practice and something I do not expect to happen when I am being asked to pay a premium price for the product.
Please inform whoever it may concern that I will in future look to another online retailer for my purchasing needs as apparently they seem to be able to offer the same product at a discount price and ship their preorders ontime.

Great Trip, just remember the rest of us are not wondering how clever you are just what plane of reality you are exisiting on

and no worries here, I will have HOI in the morning due to multiple orders and reservations that I previously made thanks to needing multiple copies to give to my poor european relatives
I was just disapointed that EB Games didn't live upto my expectations here
