What achievement is easy enough to do in just a few hours?

Seriously though, start as any nation in Western/Central Europe and you'll have one big campaign with many possible achievements if you already have none. Castile into Spain, then doing a huge colonization run can probably get you up to 20 achievements if you don't have any.

Many are very simple, you'd achieve a few by 1550.

I did Krabater in probably less than an hour following a guide where you started as Hungary, released and play as Croatia and just ride a horse to Stockholm. Was my quickest but also dumbest achievement by doing it that way though.

Get a Royal marriage or win a war

Royal marriage can be done immediately. But if you wanna be cheesy there's loads of easy ways to get most of them.

If you cheese them most can be pretty easy, but as for achievements that are normally easy you have the usual Death do us Part, and if you want the Die please Die I suggest reverting back to pre 1.23 since the Timurid ruler is old and awful.

The one where you take your cores back as france is pretty easy, although it's easier some patches back when england had 4 french provinces instead of 6. The USA achievement, Liberty or Death, is also incredibly easy.
