is there some war at Eastern Front in this mod? Once I tried declaring againt them with France to get game going. (I was playing SRI and with Commune we have defeated the whole Mitteleuropa and I wanted some more fun). But the war with Russia was almost nonexistent. Russia never made even one attack and Commune conquered only about 3 provinces after 1 year of war. I thought that was maybe because it was war I declared and they weren't ready. But yesterday time I played Russia and Germany declared on me. But all they did was sitting behind their borders and doing nothing but bombing me. And it lasted from January to September.
May I ask why is it so? Or does it take longer to start the war? And why so?
Also I was going through Civil war as Russia and was in war with Soviet Russia, Don-Kuban, Alash Orda and Siberia and Finland joined me against Soviets and when they did so Germany declared on them? Did it happen because of Finland being at war with Don-Kuban and Cossacks being guaranteed by Germany?
