People came from the steppes many times in history and moved into the lands of: hungary,bulgaria,romania,ukraine and many other lands. even the Huns attempted to center their empire somewhere in hungary.
So, I suggest that the horde technology group should get the ability to select an "eastern focus"-
-mission requiring you to own the provinces of Budapest(Pest in-game) Warsaw or Novgorod
once you select this mission it will chance your tech to eastern (and possibly your units too?)
Perhaps an event should pop up once you select this mission asking you where you'd like to move your capital, If you own 2 of these provinces, or all 3 then it should give you a choice to choose from one of the 3, othwerise it just moves your capital to the one that you do own
I was thinking about suggesting that it also cedes all your lands in the steppes if you took the eastern focus mission but that might get really complicated as to who you cede the land to and then your country tag would be something like "golden horde" even though you are no longer a horde.
