In fact for the next 25 hours there's an EU4 sale on the PI store where RoM is 33% off and everything else is 50% off.
If possible use paypal, since that's less likely to get flagged as a scam by your bank. If you get flagged as a scammer you'll be hit by a 24 hours cooldown which can't be done anything about, so don't try again until the 24 hours are up---if you do you'll just reset the cooldown. Meaning that try the first time within the next hour if you want the possibility of trying again should you get flaged as a scammer.
And again paypal is more robust with regard to not trigging the anti scam measures of your bank.

Yeah i tried to buy from the P.i store a few nights ago and my bank blocked it but i was able to call and get my card working again the next day. I do have paypal though but if i pay with PayPal with my bank account backing it will my bank still stop it? What i mean is should i put the money in my paypal wallet first and then buy or just do it thru the backup

You don't have your credit/debit card connected to paypal? That's what I have and I've never had any problems with getting scam caught in the PI store when using paypal.

Were I you I'd try to purchase it with paypal as it is ASAP. If you do it within the next 14 minutes you'll still have an additional attempt should you get cooldowned. Then you can always transfer some to the paypal wallet (not sure how that works) in those 24 hours. Though I doubt it'll be necessary since while paypal can get caught in the filter, by far most people posting about getting caught tried to use a card.

Do it now! 8 minutes to you won't be able to try again before the sale ends due to the cooldown.
Of course can't guarantee you won't get blocked by your bank, but you should have a good chance of going through.

It's better if you get your PP in credit to at least the amount of the purchase before you buy from us. That way our store only has to check with PP, not PP and your CC/bank. One less thing to go wrong.

I like this idea! With the Steam connection I don't see why this can't make it but I can't say for sure as I'm not 100% invested in the re-design. I'll suggest it though
