When you tried to post it would list the possible reasons why you could not, bet one of those reasons mentioned being registered for less than 5 days with no games registered.

I did not setup that particular sub forum, My guess it is they did not wish those particular games to bypass the 5 day wait.
Or it could be an error , I will look into it for you.
Although it will sort it self out for you shortly anyway, perhaps we can avoid future issues for others.
Our new system we are implementing should hopefully reduce these types of issues completely.
