East Germany and West Germany Puppets

How do I make them as my puppets. Playing as Soviet Union how do I make the Eastern Germany. And then when I play as United Kingdom, or United States of America how do I make West Germany as my puppet.

You can't without modding the game. Both nations exist in the files, but there's no way to make them come into existence in the game unless you write custom events/decisions/wargoals.

After I conquered Germany as the Americans, I looked in the puppets section and saw The FRG to be a puppet, and when I switched over to the USSR, they could make a Germany puppet as well as the DDG- East Germany, so I puppeted them and created the Cold war, except the USSR invaded the DDG

Why are they even in the game if there are no events to make them exist? just for modders?

I believe it is mostly for the Operation Unthinkable scenario.

I played as West Germany, I was a puppet for like a year or two, i went into codes and made me my own country, using command etc... created North and South Korea, West and East Germany, made a lot of arab nations and started a cold war, although Playing as west germany was loads of fun
