I know this is an old thread but it is very relavant for me
I have some troubles building Trading Posts in asia. In those provinces where it should be possible (asian trading-regions) it says that "Has TP_trading_post" isn't true. I have a colony in an asian/east-asian trade region group and I have activated the east indian decision. I'm not sure I have explained it enough but still hopes you can help me out...

AFAIK, there's no such thing as "building trading posts" or "TP_trading_post"..
