Is it possible to change the files of EU2 in a way, that you can have a USA, Mexico or Quebec in 1600. Changing the date in revolt.txt didn't work.

Hmm. Changing the date should work. Let me see what the entries are that you have right now.
So that you can have them or just have them revolt? If you want to just have them then put it in via event. Do you want it to be a revoltable nation or revolt in the 1600 likes nuts like the Dutch do in 1550?
