This is very interesting idea. And I hope that I can help.

For Vladimir II:
Ne znam da li je to sa bedža. Tu sliku imam već duže vreme, tako da ne znam. A i bedž i ja, nažalost, nisam nabavio.

All, right. Thanks.

You may start by sending me your email adress via pm, so that I could inform you more detailly in Serbian.
Then as all others, you may post your ideas about new events, ministers, armynames, leaders for any country that you know, post images. If you have some military marches or songs for Balkan countries, that could fit well with the game... Whatever idea you have post it.

Could I steal these pictures to Anatolian wars?

I have the Romania Improvement Project, but I haven't updated it in a long while, and I'll be a bit busy starting Monday. I'll see what I can do tidying up some events, and get a new one in, then I'll send you the files.

You shall be commended for every help you give us. Thank you.

You know that Yugoslavia, Romania and Czechoslovakia were in an alliance called Little Entente. You could write a description or whole event, in which, if Czechoslovakia refuses to secede Sudetenland or refuses to surrender in End of Czechoslovakia, Romania decides will she send volunteers and materials, or to honour the alliance and join and join the war against Germany. If you could find historical facts about this it could be great. I will write the similar event for Yugoslavia.

You know, I was thinking maybe the Über Balkan Mod would be much more über were it to have more nations from the start- I mean, why not scrap Yugoslavia totally and replace it with all the constituent nations. That way you get a wide range of territorial disputes and claims which would make them much more interesting to play :)
For example, you could start with Bosnia, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, and perhaps an Independent Dubrovnik as an Italian Puppet.
Additionally, when you say 'Balkan', are you including Greece, Albania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania? If so we should add Wallachia, Transylvania, Moldova, Pindus, Gumuljina, Crete, Epirus, and possibly Gagauzia ;)

Constituent nation were made by socialist regime in 1945. Kingdom of Yugoslavia was a unitary country. This mod will cover the grand campaigns of HoI ('36/'38/'39/'41/'44). But we could add the nations you mentioned.

Geographicaly, Balkan states are Romania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Albania, Greece, and Turkey (because of it's European part). But I think that Germany, Italy, Austria, USSR and Hungary, shoud be added as those influenced politics on Balkans. And then we shall see about others.
If you have any other ideas, for features mentioned in first post, post them here.

Yeah, you can get Vojvodina from the New Nations Mod- also you can find Macedonia and Slavonia there too.

Probably best- if we do have these nations- if we make it so that:
Vojvodina is a puppet of Serbia but Hungary wants it
Slavonia is a puppet of Serbia but Croatia wants it
Dubrovnik is a little Italian colony
Macedonia is a puppet of Bulgaria maybe?

You must know that HoI starts in 1936. Vojvodina was made in 1945, by socialist regime. What if Yugoslavia remains kingdom?

The game will follow the path oh HoI, but those nations could exist, as when another country occupies Yugoslavia, could forme those.

And you have not explained me difference between letters i and ı in Turkish, of coure if you know that language.

'i' makes an 'ee' sound and even retains the dot above it when capitalised.
'ı' is a short 'u'. That's basically it.

All I'm saying about the smaller Balkan nations is that surely the game would be more interesting were we to include them? I mean, no offence but the mod won't be that über if we only start off with the vanilla nations in 1936.
Even so, if Vojvodina was created in 1945 there's no reason why we couldn't include the good old...
