All right, we could add that through an event, where Greece could decide to or not to accuire those claims.

In the same way, Albania should have claims on the province of Italy across the Adriatic, the "heel" of Italy, I think it's Regio di Calabria, if I am not wrong.

Some VPs in Iaşi, Chişinău and Tulcea/Constanţa would be good. Romania is annexed way too easily.

Edessa REALLY shouldn't border on Gorna Dzhumaja in Bulgaria, because it shouldn't be possible to bypass the Metaxas line without invading from Yugoslavia. I know there is space for some extra provinces in the database but I don't know how to make new provinces or how
This is possible to mod by making connection from gornja dzumaja blocked.do you know to do it vladimir? This is question of great importance to greek defence in game.

Crete should be worth 1VP. Please correct me if I am wrong, to annex a country you need to conquer all its VP provinces right? I just played a campaign with Greece and I tried to play more or less historically to see what would happen. The game ended when the Germans captured Salonika and Athens even though a good portion of the Greek army had retreated to Crete. I suppose this was done to save the Germans the trouble of taking Crete to annex Greece, which is completely ahistorical. The Greek government would have stayed in Crete if it could and continue to fight from there with British support. It was already difficult for the Germans to create a puppet government with any legitimacy in Greece. It would have been even harder if the Greek government continued to operate from Crete. This HAS to be part of the game and Germany should not be able to create a Greek puppet unless it captures Crete
I agree of importance of crete-it had 1vp in original hoi2 but problem is ai.It will never do airborne attack or any other attack so greece will stay through ww2.So vp must go for game purpose. We could nevetheless write event that if greece is handled by player event gives 1vp to crete so if you want to retreat to crete you can do it without being annexed.

Athens 7 8 6 4 (-8 energy +2 metal)
i think capitals of every country follow procedure that they have resources according to their industial capacity so no need to reduce energy.

I will implement your changes. Are you shure that Greece do not need little bit more IC (1-3)? Greece was more developed by Bulgaria, while having less IC. And by the way, BUL IC should be reduced for 1-3 also, since it has much lesser population than YUG, while having just few less IC. And YUG IC should also be increased by 1-3, as there are some factories needed in Bosnia and Slovenia.
If you wanna increase yugoslavia ic for which i have doubts (i think 25 is good estimate) place it in osijek and slovenia.Relocate kosovo ic-kosovo was most undeveloped region in yugoslavia-several mines and thats it.

I will think about that later today. Besides we will release a test version, so if GRE/YUG/BUL IC changes are not good, we will return to previous ones.
Send me your province file to check it.
Also in all pre ww2 scenarios yugoslav land units should be full. They were of biggest size in europe.Divizions consisted of 27 000 men (11 920 rifles,500 light and heavy machineguns and support elements) so just fill up divizions to 100 instead of 70.

I really do not have luck with making scenario files. Could you make the army part of all yug scenarios? I will send you T.H.E. YUG scenario '38. that I have created. There you have improved YUG navy and air units, but you will have to rework ground troops. Do not forget armoured divisions of YUG army. In the file you will find coastal fort improvement in the sea provinces, Dalmacija light cruiser, and Zmaj light hydroplane carrier. And two more air units (Armijsko vazduhoplovstvo, and Pozadinsko vazduhoplovstvo).

snajper06: I will look at your images.
Do you have any ideas for Poland and its improvement. By including Czechoslovakia and Hungary in our mod (and some things about Estonia), the mod has crossed the borders of Balkans, so Polish improvements are welcome.

To kris4o1993: Thank you for your officers and their descriptions. Continue to post both transcribed and original Cyrillic names, in case we add Cyrillic symbols in the mod.

You have written the Инструкций.txt file in Cyrillic, but not saved in unicode, so it looks like this:

Try to fix this. You may write in Cyrilic the txt file if it is easier to you, as Serbian and Bulgarian are 95% similar. :)

You could write model names in models.csv file, and post your models here, so that I do not make mistakes converting BUL images to models and forget their real names (Avia B.534, Carro-Veloce CV-33, Maybach T-IV Ausf.G...) Yust write those in models.csv and then give me that part of models file. Post it here as Dorieus has posted Greek unitnames two pages before.

All right. Now I understand. I know how to name the images, but thank you anyway.

But could you at least tell me which models are those? For example, Maybach T-IV Ausf.H on your image has red star, so I presume that it is from post WWII era. So tell me this:

ill_div_bul_5_? for your tenk models, etc. So I am interested in the second number in model definitions of your images.

To LORD NIL: I have sent you the email with province.csv

To Daemoncool: I have sent you the PM with possible solution for those two flags.
