Sorry for calling Slovakia balkan, my mistake, of course it's not! As for freedom of speech, yup, nobody's threatening it, I didn't say "you can't say that..!"
CZE will be fully cored. If it survives German occupation and doesn't fall into the Soviet camp, and tensions rise, we might make an event where a Slovak+Ruthen rebellion happens, but only then will the territory be decored, with the option of slow reintegration if CZE is victorious, you might consider Czechoslovakia a forced marriage, but it was between compatible peoples, so there is no way CZE won't be fully cored. Ruthenia should be a core because there was no real revolt risk. I am also representing the possible IG scenario Romanian claim on it's southern 1/3, as a claim on the whole province because of lack of provinces. (I'll detail later)
As a side note: Actually the world is more unipolar than ever, while there are NATO-Russia tensions, you have to remember who profits (and directs) potential conflicts/proxy wars/(hope not) world wars. Looks are nothing.

The is also the possibility of events with complex triggers to work around ambiguous cores, in case a country is released.
As a side note: Actually the world is more unipolar than ever, while there are NATO-Russia tensions, you have to remember who profits (and directs) potential conflicts/proxy wars/(hope not) world wars. Looks are nothing.

Dark red: Core provinces which must have at least this ones to release the country.
Red: Core provinces too, country starts with this.
Orange: Historical claims, core provinces, can taken with 0% revoltrisk
Yellow: Historical claims, but those province would have a revoltrisk if players take control over them (because of ethnic balance).

I don't know exactly about croatia please take this map and edit it as you see fit... Also the map ob Bosnia was not made by ethinc representation but by administration, from what I remenber, so it will be very hard to represent the areas were croatians live,

As Croatia is part of Yugoslavia at the beginning, it's don't have normal red.
Dark red (or dark purple): minimum core provinces to liberate Croatia.
Orange: Historical claims, core provinces, can taken with 0% revoltrisk.
Yellow: Historical claims, will have a revoltrisk.

about the map of croatia, I think Bosnian provinces should be derone to represent thnic regions... there was a polemic a 100 pages ago... I hope it will be modified...

That map is good,but I think Bjelovar could be in the minimum (except if it is a part of the ultranationalist Serbian cores,and Ive forgotten that).Also,We should think about the Muslim-populated provinces being cores as well,as they were regarded as Croats that changed their faith to Islam by the NDH regime,and there were Muslims in the Ustaše,the most known of them being Dr.Džaferbeg Kulenović,a minister of NDH and later a co-founder of the Ustaše emigrant organization HOP after WW2.Daemoncool said:My proposal for Croatia:

I think it's a good idea to core Bjelovar to Croatia aswell for minimum. About Bosnians... well, I don't know, you know this better guys
Firstly, do not bother yourselves with these maps, as until the moment when the map is ready, they will be 200 pages back, and nobody will search for them. So, please, wait until the map is ready, and when arranging revolt.txt and scenario files, we will discuss everything.
Secondly, you have not removed Yugoslav Macedonia from Greek claims (as those regions were never mentioned as Greek territories, and never been part of Greece, and Greek population in them is arround 1-3% which is insignificant for a calim.)
Thirdly, provinces in Bosnia are perfectly shaped, and are not going to be changed.
