First one philosophical issue: Idiot does not mean individual. Ατομα (atoma) means individual, that is where atom comes from. Ιδιοτης means a person that can live without any connection with society, which was considered in Ancient Greece as the worst thing in life. That is why in Greece expelling from a city was the greates punishment. According to Aristotle, only animals and gods can be idiots.

About proofs. I already told that. Proofs can be found in either Archive of Yugoslavia or Greece. As you possibly know, documents in archives cannot be photocopied or photographed. You can only see them by yourself or to copy them by rewriting. However, I think that LORD NIL has one historical book that describes the agreement. So you could ask him for further explanation, if you are not willing to visit neighbouring countries.

And I did bring some proofs there! And by the way with the french declining it does not mean the whole of france, but instead the individuals Petain and his Vichy friends (who does not represent the whole of france, even though he claimed it)!
