Because this is my way how I see democracy. And it will then remain forest.

NOTICE

In mumia's abscence, I fixed som vanilla shields and flags:

- Ceylon;
- East African Union;
- Communist China;
- Sweden;
- fixed shield and flag for pan Slavic state.

Futhermore, I have added several new states, along with shields and flags for them. Some of these states are added for flavour, and some of them are used for complete world decolonisation. As you have probably seen, many colonies cannot be released, and many provinces remain property of other countries. I tried to remember all those provinces, but possibly I have forgotten some of them. So, considering the fact that we have 31 free tags more, suggest something.

no it is not. belgrade is not a forest it is a hill terain for christ sake. there are no woods here now and i dont think we were such nature opponents to cut them all down to build a larger city. now i agree its not urban(since zagreb was bigger if i recall) but forest? i dont think so

Of course you are not right.

As everybody can see province 'Beograd' is surrounded by rivers Sava, Danube, Kolubara, Grand and Western Morava. That perfectly matches Serbian geographic region called Шумадија (Šumadija). The region was always rich with enourmous amount of forests. That is how it gained it name, шума (šuma) - forest. In all scientific geographical studies the region is recoginsed by its forest. Best examples are works of Jovan Cvijić. He described it during his journey across Serbian lands as a region of imense forests.

Yeah I forgot Papua New Guinea but I actually meant Western Papua. Read this for information.

During the 1950s the Dutch government began to prepare Netherlands New Guinea for full independence and allowed elections in 1959; an elected Papuan council, the New Guinea Council (Nieuw Guinea Raad) took office on April 5, 1961. The Council decided on the name of West Papua, a national emblem, a flag called the Morning Star or Bintang Kejora, and a national anthem; the flag was first raised — next to the Dutch flag — on December 1, 1961. However, Indonesia threatened with an invasion, after full mobilisation of its army, by August 15, 1962, after receiving military help from the Soviet Union. Under strong pressure of the United States government (under the Kennedy administration) the Dutch, who were prepared to resist an Indonesian attack, attended diplomatic talks. On October 1, 1962, the Dutch handed over the territory to a temporary UN administration (UNTEA). On May 1, 1963, Indonesia took control. The territory was renamed West Irian and then Irian Jaya.

1. Which provinces should Order of Malta have acurately? They call themselves Order of Knights of St. John of Jerusalem, Malta and Rhodes. Obviously, malta and Rhodes, but does Jerusalem means whole Palestine? And should they also have Cyprus?

2. By adding East Timor and two Guineas, we have solved one more problem. I think that my previous update solved problem in Africa, except some islands arround Madagascar. So we still need some countries ti fill islands in Bay of Mexico, and Pacific islands. So I would appreciate more ideas. I do not think that more countries should be added in African mainland, as vanilla ones already cover majority of continent, and these several I added take all provinces.

1. Maybe Il-Belt Valletta, Rodos, Lefkosia without Jerusalem as claims on Palestine were more medieval idea (crusades to The Holy Land).

2. Why not to make 1 state for all Caribbean islands? Something like West Indies Federation based on Anglophone Caribbean islands formed in 1958. These all islands are really small, without IC or resources so it would be better to make it as 1 bigger country. If you need ideas for revolters you could add Pomerania (not Pommern - it's just in German, Pomerania is English name) or Cossack state on the north from Caucasus and in Estern Ukraine.

3. I've never seen any Greek-Yugoslavian flag, maybe you could just combine something.
