Vanilla does not represent very well some places either...I do not intend to critisize your mod but only to explain what is its aim.

I think the creator of the mod knows about the aims better than you do, no?

I do not think that other regions are bad, they are similar to vanilla, even better with increased number of provinces.

And map cannot be tested while not existing.

Nowhere. Provinces are not merged yet. All tasks on map recreation are postponed to Spetember.

I think I have finished researching for Poland - mostly techteams.

Honestly I didn't expect we had so good electronics section (remotely controlled weaponry, automatic activated weapons, infrared, electromagnetic based and other, similar designs) and so advanced paratrooper doctrine - more advanced than Britain...

I need to re-install vanilla HoI 2 Armageddon to convert my techteams - originally designed for the CORE - for this game.

Does the mod include any changes in techtree or something else I should be aware of ?

I am planning to have up to 35 techteams with up to 25 available at any given moment for Poland along the lines of 'continuation Poland' i.e. what if it survived - so not 'Poland in the exile' or 'Soviet Poland' with one-three exceptions.

Well, I agree. At the end, after Istnbul and Rio de janeiro, Belgrade is the third best stationed city in the world.

I found 111 free IDs to use, we used before 101 of them and here is the list of 10 new provinces that will be added in future:
1 – Mołodeczno (on the east from Grodno)
2 – Słonim (on the east from Białystok and Łomża)
3 - Hotin (on the east from Cernauti)
4 – Bolzano (South Tirol - German claims)
5 - Insterburg (East Prussia)
6 - Frankfurt/Oder (on the east from Berlin)
7 – province in west Hungary (this region needs some changes)
8 - Cassino (mountain province in central Italy)
9 - Novi Pazar (on the north from Cetinje)
10 - Catania (third province on Sicily)

For non-very compact provinces we need an agglomeration (city+surroundings, or more very compact city hubs like in the Ruhr) of about 1 million. Istambul is a special case (at 750-800 thousand), because it is compacted on the very edge of the province, and controls access through the Bosphorus.

Van is in Turkey --> Turkey is neutral --> Armenia is a part of USSR --> really small chance to form Armenia in any shape --> a bit useless province change, better to use it in the other European country which took a part in WW2. If I'll find next free IDs I'll make this change. It's 99% chance that province in eastern part of Turkey will be added (It's on my top secret list <hyhyhy>).
