Your terrain map is too low.

The Mariupol' and Žitomir-Vinnicâ areas should be hilly. So should part of the Rus-Ukr border.

Crimea-Ukraine area should be marsh.

And, yes, Simferopol can be Mts.

A suggestion on the urban areas. I think that Strassburg as an Urban area is well to large, better give it to Marseille or Lyon they were larger!

Edit: Why don't you make Belgrad/Beograd Urban?

Ah, I see well then Smolensk, Minsk and maybe Breslau and Königsberg (not sure of the last two, but then the Breslau surrendered after the Battle of Berlin) should be urban, since I believe they were fought over quite aloot!

I have fixed Ukraine and France. Does anybody have idea about UK, IRE, POR? Does any province needs to be forest?

Sevastopol isn't in the Ukrainian SSR, and it wasn't until in the 50's if I remember correct.

All right. Belarus finished (Minsk urban). I have coloured several provinces in Russia, and Caucasian provinces. Belarus does not have fores provinces. In UK, forests cover only 12% of territory, so I think that there should be no forests.

But Portugal has around 36% percents, but it is not mentioned where are those forests concentrated.

And one more question: Which cities besides Moskva, Leningrad and Stalingrad should be urban provinces?
