I thank the High Court for its decision to uphold the freedoms and liberties that this country has been built on. In my mind there is no doubt that, even in the midst of crisis, this country and this government must remain committed to defending the rights of the American people. I believe some members of the government have overstepped their bounds and have taken actions that are incompatible with this commitment and must step down.

Attorney General mad general has instituted martial law fully knowing that such action was against the laws of the United States. He has insisted that "Law is sadly but words on paper, and in a time of crisis, can be disregarded." He has even gone as far as to say that "the laws of the Consitution do not matter." These statements and actions constitute high crimes and misdemeanors, failure to uphold the laws of the Untied States, and treason.

Secretary of State Timmie0307 has usurped the powers of Congress by issuing a declaration of war. Such power is reserved for Congress and Congress alone. This blatant disregard of the Constitution of the United States and failure to uphold the laws of the United States constitute high crimes and misdemeanors and failure to uphold the laws of the United States.

For these reasons I submit to Congress Bill 1937-003A to remove both men from office. I ask the Majority Leader to move the legislation through swiftly.

With the breakoff of the pacific states the united states government was in turmoil. the entirety of the west was lost, and many inteligence reports were seen as to their mobilisation of forces. The United states was in an uproar at the partition of their country, and marches were made down Pennsylvania Avenue towards the capitol. in the tumlit, the state of Hawaii seceded from the union to form its own independent government, with Japanese ties.

I was under the assumption that kovan had already made orders to move. It seems that not only has he not made such orders, but he has also neglected to listen to suggestions on force deployment prior to the secession, even though he agreed with plans.

I hereby follow Mr. Mad General's decision. In a crisis like this, quick action to preserve democracy had to be taken. We took our responsibility in our opinion. We believed it was the best for America, but alas some others in the government thought otherwise. On the issue of manpower. I strongly urge congress to pass a new veterans bill that gives free higher education and health care to any veteran with an honorable discharge. This will hopefull encourage more people to join the armed forces.
