There should be more options for modifing coa. Instead of just adding new static coas, make it more customiseble. Like rotate symbols, move them and so on.

I agree with suggestions presented by others, but I think we also need some static ones. Lots of houses that were interesting/important in the time period don't have any shields at all.
Houses Mamikonian, Seljuk, Bavandid, Keita, Komnenos Doukas, de Rethel, de Thouars, de Penthievre, Percy (I'm not sure if that's their name in-game. Could also be de Percy), Haesteining, any house from Ireland or Wales (well, there are Cerneu and av Vedrafjord, but they have different culture so they don't count) - all of them could use some love.

I certainly agree with this, I was thinking the Fatimids, Almoravids and Rustamids too.

At least they should use the many shields they've already made but aren't shown ingame. I really don't understand why they don't use the Seljuk eagle (white on blue) that is attached to their titular empire, which doesn't exist in 1066 and later starts. As for more Muslim CoA, there are still two out of the four pan-arab colours that are unused so to speak. The Abbasids have the black flag (with added calligraphy), the Umayyads have the white flag (with added calligraphy) so why not give the Fatimids a green flag (IIRC they are associated with the green flag) possibly with some, you guessed it, calligraphy. For consistency, if nothing else. We still have red left but I don't know which house it would suit.
The Irish houses aren't a priority to me. Many of them have already been designed to resemble their historical counterparts, e.g. the O'Brians and O'Connors. Don't get me wrong, I definately wouldn't say no to more Christian CoA, but I feel that expanding the neglected Muslims is far more important.

I would love it if they added more in the game, the ones they have right now are just simplistic for me.

Nah, I would say that we've just gotten used to them by now. Last time we got shield packs was Charlemagne, and I wouldn't mind forking an extra dollar for some more shields

I'm trying to think what colours they had, you had the Rustamid caliphate which I think was yellow? Umayyads which were White, Abbasids which were Black, Fatimids which were Green and the Almohads which were Red. Although I understand three are Sunni and two are Shiite and neither recognise the other, but there you go.

Almohads which were Red
Great! Morocco use red to this day so it should definitely work. The use of simple (i.e. single coloured) flags should make the implementation of Muslim standards a fairly effortless affair. To my knowledge, the star and crescent weren't at all associated with Muslims during the game's time frame so it feels strange that those symbols currently make up a majority of the Muslim CoA. We're probably going to have to live with it, since the star and crescent is the today far most recognizable symbol and because it'd be really hard to tell the Muslims apart if they all used singe colour banners.
