Dynasty\Kingdom Shields not showing up.

Pretty much this. When starting every dynasty shield is completely black. Tried deleting "flags" folder and re-downloading, to no avail. Any help's welcome.

EDIT: This started as soon as the latest patch came out, v1.11.
