Upon completely finishing the exploration ideas as the Mahican's I was informed of receiving a excellent CB against all the Pagan Primitives! Sorry what?
I am one of these Pagan's from which the game just told to me to go kill, so what am I suggesting exactly? The ability for the expansion and exploration CB's to become dynamic depending on whom you are playing when finishing the idea.
Like the example shown above it doesn't make any sense for me ( a pagan) to receive a casus belli to bring down and kill the other primitives. Instead I suggest that Native Americans, upon completion of the Exploration Ideas, gets a free CB upon all of the Western tech group.
While playing an Asian nation you may have at one time or another finished the Expansion ideas, however you gain a "glorious" CB upon all of Asia, well why not Europe? This would allow a player (not likely an AI, but maybe) who has finished off the Expansion ideas to go into Europe and expand opening up yet another way for the game to become more dynamic and alternate historyish.

So what do y'all think of this proposal? Was it terribly thought out and makes no sense ( :eek:o ), or is it a half decent idea? ( :) )
What changes would you make instead to my proposal or to any other NI in order to make it more dynamic for the different nations and tech groups?

I have no problem with this, especially since an Asian or Native American invasion of Europe pre-westernization would be hard enough already. Why not make the idea group equally powerful across all tech groups?

Do you get the expansion ideas' CB as an Asian nation? I thought you didn't. Giving these tech groups something more meaningful definitely is not a bad idea. I was always content with getting no final bonus from Expansion (unless you do get the CB?) because I saw it as an extra penalty from playing as a non-colonising tech and making them competitive to western powers anyway. It's kind of anti-climatic when you finish the idea group though. And yeah, thinking Pagans are primitive when you are Pagan is certainly a little strange.

I don't see how you could challenge Europe as a pagan (pre westernization I guess?), and after westernization, in all likelihood, you shouldn't be pagan anymore... Unless you're a bit... Well, unless you like it hard, and enjoy that all the big European blobs have free CB on you and that you can't benefit from gold. As Asian, CB on Western makes a bit more sense though.

Exactly like I said it would allow the game to show more of the what if sides of history if it were to allow dynamic NA based on the nation.
