Since we're finally getting the ability to change ethos (which really should have been in the game from launch), are there any plans to implement dynamic country names?

Most people seem to like them, but I don't really like the whole "Cxsdhdahyesu Star Union" kind of thing we have, where nations are known by their founding species (usually) and some vague form of government. With the ability of a nation's basic form of government to change, though, it'd be strange for the nation's name to never change, and it would prove especially problematic for player's own empires.

At the very least, I'd like to just see some flavor names for different government types that swap out as the government changes, like Victoria II, but randomized. Monarchies being "Kingdoms" and "Empires," scientific directorates being "Collectives," spiritualists having "Orders," and so on.

I do feel like the names could be made more memorable/logical in a number of ways, though. In the real world, we tend to identify countries with a name for the country, rather than a description of what it is. Russia, for example, is commonly called "Russia" instead of the "Russian Federation." The United States of America is commonly called America, the United Kingdom is Britain, and so on.

I wouldn't mind if it were more common, or even if there were an option, to have nations just appear as their homeworld/species name with a few suffixes/prefixes attached. So, like, Deutschland is the land of the Deutsch, while Blorgia is the land of the Blorg. Of course, the suffixes/prefixes don't have to be the same as real ones in human language.

To use an example from one of my own empires:
Vulpii - The primary species
Poschel - The planet
Poschellia - The nation
Poschelite - A citizen of Poschel (the capital), doesn't appear in-game though
Poschellian - A citizen of Poschellia (the nation)

This is already a thing.

Empires are already often referred to by their primary species rather than formal name ("human tyranny must end!"), so I don't really see this adding much to the game. Not that I'm opposed, mind you. Just don't think it would add much.

Mitch is correct. Right about everything you mentioned is already in the game.... so your post is a bit weird.

Even the nation`s name changes upon change of government (which I personally dislike, since I have quite a few custom empires set to spawn, and I gave them their names for a reason)

Blorgia, Tessandriland and so on are missing, but as you yourself said, even in real life those are mostly colloquialisms, and we`re looking at a political map in Stellaris.
