Hello! Inspired by Civilization, it would be cool if the minimap changed the zoom level based on how much has been discovered. I.E. your "world" will become larger as more areas are discovered.

If done, it should improve upon how Civ does it.

Sure, it's nice to see it expand and show the full world, but that map also showed borders, and if you played a large world, it might as well not be there, as you cant see anything from such a zoomed out PoV.

I rather something like GalCiv's, where you can chose the level of zoom of the minimap to focus on some area.

You mean similar to how Supreme Commander had it, a picture-in-picture?
