Hi there,
I've been playing Cities Skylines again solidly for the past few months and have found that my cities get to the point where they look sterile and unnatural once too many high-rise buildings sprout up.
I know that you can control building height using regional policies, low-density areas etc but after looking at Google maps for some inspiration I've noticed that biggest factor to organic and natural looking cities are dynamic lot/plot sizes.
It would be awesome if you guys could come up with a way of modifying the game engine to support a much broader range of lot sizes that are not limited by grids, but Polygons instead. Real world urban areas seem to be determined by road layouts and terrain variances rather than a grid layouts.
If you guys manage to pull off a change to the game like this, I'm sure it will elevate you to citybuilder god status
Thanks for considering this!
