In game terms and with the current shape of the provinces it would include
Travunia and
Hum, with a claim (or core) on Zeta, and a claim on Ragusa. The country would start as a
Vassal of Aragon and at
war with Bosnia (and Venice which supported Bosnia at that time) in a
war of independence against Bosnia (ok I know that's hard to make in game terms. Aragon should support St. Sava's independence and after a peace is made it should become a Aragon Vassal). Peace was made in May 1446, when there was a Royal Marriage between St. Sava and Bosnia.

In 1448 Stjepan wrote to Holy Roman Emperor Frederick III a document where he don't wrote of him self as the "Duke of Hum" (as actual title), but as the Duke or rather "Herzog" / "Herceg" of St. Sava, a title and phrase which would later became the name for the region - Herzegowina.
