The Duchy of St. Sava existed from 1435 to 1483

In game terms and with the current shape of the provinces it would include Travunia and Hum, with a claim (or core) on Zeta, and a claim on Ragusa. The country would start as a Vassal of Aragon and at war with Bosnia (and Venice which supported Bosnia at that time) in a war of independence against Bosnia (ok I know that's hard to make in game terms. Aragon should support St. Sava's independence and after a peace is made it should become a Aragon Vassal). Peace was made in May 1446, when there was a Royal Marriage between St. Sava and Bosnia.

Rulers:
Noble House Kosača
Stjepan Vukčić (1435-1466, Born in 1404)
Vladislav Herzegovic (1466-1483, Born in 1426 or 1427)
Vlatko Herzegovic (died in 1489)

St. Sava's national Ideas:
Having the Bosnian Tradition and Ambition seems fitting, thou St. Sava was

+1 Yearly Legetimacy
In 1448 Stjepan wrote to Holy Roman Emperor Frederick III a document where he don't wrote of him self as the "Duke of Hum" (as actual title), but as the Duke or rather "Herzog" / "Herceg" of St. Sava, a title and phrase which would later became the name for the region - Herzegowina.

Stjepan was admitted into the Ragusan nobility in 1419 and his heirs still had relations to Ragusa.

Switching Allegiances
+1 Diplomatic relations
St. Sava was at first an Ottoman Vassal, later a vassal of Aragon (to gain independence from Bosnia) and later became a Ottoman Vassal again. He made peace with Bosnia and supported Serbia against Bosnia in several conflicts in different conflicts about the (silver) mines of Sebrenica.
