I've been playing as Holland in the 1936 scenario in vanilla HOI 1.06. After Germany DOWed me and took my home provinces my capitol was moved to Sinabang in Indonesia. After playing on for a while I noticed that my manpower was increasing by 0.0. I checked that my capitol had a direct route to a province with manpower and there were some, so I don't understand why my manpower isn't increasing. Is this a bug, or is this supposed to happen?

Heres a screenie so you can see what I mean:

AFAIK the NEI provinces are not considered national so you wont get as much MP from them as from a regular mainland Dutch province. Without a man of the people security minister you might not be getting any at all since the provinces count as occupied or it could as little as 0.05 which wont be displayed.

Thanks for the help :) . I tried changing the security minister to a man of the people and the manpower growth didn't appear to increase at all. I put the game speed on fastest setting and waited to see if my manpower eould grow at all and it did!...by 1, 3 months after changing the minister :D ! Looks like I'm just going to have to sit around until the continent is invaded and I can take back my home provinces. Life is so cruel :p

Well I can move my troops to the other islands without ships. Doesn't that count as a land connection(gamewise, of course, not an actual land connection)?

Well I would hope it counts because otherwise Denmark would have no manpower besides from the capital, and I've seen no indication that it is so.
