Well, getting back to the topic, I think Hitler made an exception to France and Britain to maintain their national sovereignity. Only thing I would change on the map I posted above is Switzerland. Hitler planned to partition it with Italy.

Ok. Then that map is the "IDEAL" III Reich: it doesn't take into account that GER was allied with ITA. In my opinion that right map should be http://www.obersalzberg.de/zweiter-weltkrieg.html?&L=1 the one labelled 1942.
You can see there that Corsica and the Italian part of France are back to Italy. The Coast of Yugoslavia, Tunisia, Greece and Albania are ruled by Italy.
