I don't know if this is a bug or the result of a bad installation, but after upgrading from civilian to naval harbour, I move my mouse over the harbour and it says "UNKNOWN STRING" I assume this is a grand naval shipyard, because that should be the correct order of upgrading according to the tech thread..
Also I have noticed that when I build monastries , I don't get an instant + 20 piety... Is this a bug or a bad installation?

I have also just noticed that when you increase the power of Burgher, peasants nobles or cleregy.. some of them give you an instant piety penalty when you increase them, I experimented around with this, but never get a piety penalty/bonus.

Yes, this would have been a bug, not an installation problem.

Yes, this has already been reported, and is now fixed in the 1.02 patch.
