Revolting state masked by province prosperity

I had a a rich province in revolt, and the only way I knew it was when the
"Deal with Popular Revolt" event popped up. After the second time, I
finally checked the save file, and yes, the province is in revolt.
(Prosperity effect overrides revolt effect in province screen.) I think it may have already been in revolt when I conquered it, as I never got a revolt event.

Yes.

I wondered why my "rich" (icon) Rome was only earning 6 per year at 100% efficiency with good stewardship &etc, got curious, and read through the income tooltip breakdown.

I was quite surprised to see the "-50% Revolt" modifier down near the bottom of the breakdown as I had no idea that Rome was in revolt (and if Rome had had many more advances, I might not have seen it at all since the tooltip list is non-scrollable despite having a scroll bar), but it sure explained the situation.

Now, as to why I did not notice it going in revolt in the first place, well, that is a different issue probably having to do with too many popups :D
