AI Kings never grant ducal titles
Don't know if this has been posted before or is even a bug, but:
AI Kings never grant duchy titles. Grant someone a king title, a large tract of land, and many duke titles and he just makes a bunch of one province counties, keeping all the ducal titles to himself. This results in:
A. sons not getting elected in elective law due to all the other dukes
B. Ai doesn't get as much prestige as they should as count vassals under a king doesn't add to prestige.
The AI Kings should be scripted to PREFER to give ducal titles(immediately after granting multiple counties to a person, or to an existing count), in the appropriate geographical region, if he owns or created the ducal title.
