how do you give orders to allies/vassals during war - a screenshot would be great - or is this only with the AOW DLC?

also, I'm getting weird war results
in a few wars, I've fully occupied the AI and it shows 99% WS on the war menu - in the past I'd have the option of full annexation.
but the Diplo-sue for peace menu only shows 36% WS and I'm lucky to get some ducats

Click on the province and set it as a objective but I think that this is bugged because even my subjects never obey me.

And your other problem is probably because the war leader still have allies on the war and the war don't have 5 years yet.

In the 1600's I'm seeing AI Armies that are 80% artillery. One army has a strength of 61 of which 48 are artillery Is there as designed?

Your personal war score (for peaceing out when you aren't the war leader) and the war score of the war in totality are not the same thing.
