Duke of Portucale - Visigothic to Castillian?

in the 867 start, I picked Winarano duke of Portucale when the fate of the visigoths event fired, and he turned castillian. in 1066, the duke of Portucale is Galician.

My question is: Is the duke of portucale supposed to turn into castillian or galician would be apropriate?

Galician should be the appropriate culture. Or better, portuguese.
