I´ve forwarded this to those responsible for scenario setups, let´s see what happens.

Iirc Welf got his dynasty from his grandmother or something. I think he historically was called a Welf, so having him as such is WAD.

Besides, you can go around that problem by changing law to Consanguinity when playing as Milan anyway.

So doesn´t look like it´s going to be changed.
