Dug-in and bombed?

Just a quick question: If I use ground attack on a few divisions that are dug-in will they be hurt at all?

I have seen sometimes that if I use ground attack on not moving troops they aren't hurt at all..

Dug in troops are very hard to attack... as soon as they move they are slaughtered... hehehe :rofl:

Ground Attack is completely ineffective on units that are ~8+ dug in. Interdiction still has some effect on small numbers of divisions, so soften them up, hit them with ground troops to make them run, then destroy them with Ground Annihilate once it's effective again.
