Duchy of Turov

I don't think this is a bug, but no one has mentioned it, when I posted it in the requests.

Shouldn't the County of Turov be a part of the Duchy of Turov? I know, it seems logical, but maybe there is a historical reason for why it is not?

Similarly the County of Aleppo is not part of the Kingdom of Aleppo definition. Seems that the reason in that case is that it was deemed more important to include it within the Kingdom of Jerusalem.

In my current game I control the province of Aleppo and have created the Kingdom of Aleppo. When I finally get to a king healthy and fertile enough to produce more than one son I'll grant the Kingdom of Aleppo to my second son, and edit the savegame to give him the province too, that way the province really will be part of the kingdom.

Some of the province assignments are odd to say the least. We are trying to create a more logical distribution in the 1066 bugfix.
