duchies show up as kingdoms?

As the provinces are out of shape and location I try from time to time to correct the duchy setup. For the Burgund region I dedided to group them as follows:


* Germany

+ Schweiz
- Aargau
- Bern
- Schwyz
- St. Gallen
- Chur


* Burgund

+ Upper Burgundy
- Besancon
- Macon
- Neuchatel
- Geneve

+ Lower Burgundy
- Lyon

When I click "Create title" then Lower Burgundy, Upper Burgundy and Piemont show up as kingdoms. I checked the files 10 times and don't find the error. The entries are:

The Flags show up correct. All I can find is that I placed the duchy and kingdom assignment in the correct row in the province.csv. I didn't find any place where the country tags would be assigned a duchy or kingdom tier. I thought that CK would take the tier information from the province.csv. Still with several restarts and reloads CK shows them wrong.

Does anybody know what's the matter?

The UXXX-tags are all hardcoded to be kingdoms. If you want to have new duchies, you will have to re-use existing duchy-tags.

I think there are many unused tags. I noticed for Greater Poland and Lesser Poland there are GPOL and LPOL. I will try them instead and hope there isn't another hardcoded trap.

Those are also kingdom-level titles.

There are a few free duchy tags.

In the DVIP I still have free: MORO, PALM, ARTO, ATRI, GOTL, ISTR, KRAI, STEI, STRY, TYRE
In vanilla additionally are free: ELRI, MADA
