My prisoner was causing some trouble so he was tazed, but as he was tazed he was swimming so he started drowning, but he was near the very edge of the water so my guards still processed him and took him to his cell. The problem is that he wont stop drowning, his body (except for his head/hands) have disappeared and he is stuck like that in his cell. I have tried having guards move him to help fix it, restarting the game, but he is just stuck like that and he doesn't die so the drowning bar is just stuck and he is now supposed to be released, but he is still stuck. Any tips?
