Hi! I wan't to do some kind of an rpg playthrough and I was wondering if I can somehow become dragonborn during game or is it a trait from birth? Also can I obtain thu um trait without being dragonborn? And one more can I obtain immortal trait as a nord without ruler designer. I could probably add all of these with ruler designer, but epic game play is more fun.

You can make yourself a Dragonborn by typing event sdragonborn.1 into the console. Then event apilgrimage.31 for Thu'um.

No. Dragonborn is entirely RNG-based. You can get dragonborn descendant by breeding a dragonborn of your race into your dynasty, but theres no 100% way to get dragonborn without console commands.

Is there any less cheaty way?
I've only gotten it once legitimately. I was a Khajiit, meaning it was really of no use to me since I could never create the Empire of Tamriel anyway.

But yeah, if I wish to go full Tiber Septim mode I play as a Nord and cheat those two events. Then conquer everything with the warlord trait.

Yes you can. Empire of Tamriel is not race locked.

Becoming the ninth divine does check if you are human, but non-humans can get past that if they are dragonborn/dragonborn descendant.
