Did not get any changes to the USA Leaders in for this build. WRT Macarthur it should be possible to make him activate for USA only if a specific condition has been met. What do you think is the right swap over point? IMO we could simply wait till PHI no longer exists. Or we could get fancy and allow USA to recall him once they reach a trigger condition.

Everything integrated and one stable test-run to 1945 performed. Now doing a second run with a couple of small changes.

dec, are you saying you did not get a USA leaders file? It was in the RAR file. There were 20 new USA Leaders.

The realignment of provinces in Northern France looks very good. ATM I am only watching hands-off games, but it also looks like the game flow has improved.
For Yuling, I really have to play the game to see what it changes, but from the look of it it works.
And Gibraltar definitely is an improvement.
