I purchased several expansion packs and about a third of them have never showed up. Remastered edition.

Do you mean that the DLC's haven't been remastered, or that you own remastered DLC's that aren't there?
If you are on Xbox and got these items via bundles, this is a current issue. We are still waiting for Microsoft to register them properly; when they do that you'll get them automatically.
