Download a purchased game

A few years ago I bought a physical copy of Hearts of Iron Anthology and then I bought and downloaded HoI2 Darkest Hour.
Both games were then linked to this account. The problem is that I am currently unable to download DH again, I don't remember if I bought it here or on the Steam . The game is regularly purchased here on ParadoxPlaza but not on my Steam account.

Where can i re-downoald my game now?

AFAIK the Paradox Store only provides Steam keys.
Anyway, you should try opening a ticket to Paradox Zendesk: https://support.paradoxplaza.com/hc/en-us
They might be able to help you, since AFAIK they provide support for purchases.
