It seems as though prisoners only get moved automatically between cells, not between cells and dormitories. Please include dormitories in the mix of options, when guards move prisoners due to entitlement vs current cell quality.

Even when using the new (Free for Life update) option to move a prisoner manually using the Cell Status overlay right-click function or via a prisoner's profile, it's not possible to move a prisoner between cell and dormitory. Of course, you can do it the old-fashioned way, by left-clicking on any prisoner then right-clicking wherever you want them moved, but it irks me that you have to use a different method to how you move a prisoner between cells.

Here's another thought, taking a different approach... it is time to do away with dormitories and just give cells all the functionality of a dormitory?

Also, while speaking of the Cell Status overlay, it would be great if that overlay displayed prisoner entitlement and cell quality, to help us decide which prisoners to move. At the moment, you have to switch to the Room Quality overlay, which feels tedious.
