Oil runs out in the American sector in the 1945 scenario. When it runs out, since there are plenty of supplies left, no convoys are sent to carry more oil to it.

Didn't know about this.. I decided to wait to play the GC until I had the "full version", I played the platinean war as brazil and then as argentina instead..

Does the support partisan option work? I've heard people complain that it doesn't do anything

As I (and many more) posted elsewhere, the Unit exchange is not working right... The units never arrive... It is also a manner to see all enemy divisions without needing any intelligence.

I've noticed.. I don't get the divisions I want when I've traded for them either..

Well.. they aren't enemies when you make the trade..

I tried to send units to Germany as US, and these units arrived. They're put into SR and arrive in about month. Don't know whether it works the other way though (asking for units through deal).

As for spoiled intelligence, it is problem. As you can initiate (not conclude!) deals with country neutral to yours. You wouldn't want US to know your exact division composition even with names as SU in Cold War, would you? ;)

I had an idea:

Let's say Germany trade 5000 supplies to US for a few divisions and a few submarines. Perhaps it would be better not being able to see all the divisions in the US, instead specifying for example "I want 5 semi-modern infantry divisions" or "I want two level 4 submarines". and then if US accepts the deal they can specify which divisions to trade, and then Germany is given a message showing which divisions the US want to trade, and what level they are on.. and Germany can accept or decline the deal..

Note that for this to work the US can trade level 3 or 2 (or anything else) submarines instead of level 4 if they don't have it.. that way Germany doesn't find out if US has researched that or not, or which divisions they have..

The above is also for the infantry divisions, the US might select 5 advanced / improved / basic / early (whatever) infantry divisions instead..

Stuff in production fluctuate in cost.. for instance as Germany the starting ships.. the sub and the destroyer cost 1.6 IC each. on Jan 1 1936 anyway. But on Jan. 2 they cost 2.0 ic and some days later the suddenly cost 1.9 ic

Also trading divisions or ships with another country is bugged.

I traded 4 Tacs away for 2 CVs (or maybe it was 1)
I lost the Tacs right away but i never recieved the CVs (and i been looking all over)

Did you look to the strategic redeployment? It should be there.

urgently needed enhancement =

when you have the autotool for industrial mgt - you should be able to choose a button "give lowest priority on supplies". In the current setup (demo) the autotool will keep on increasing supply stocks - at the expense of production orders ...

even when you marked "production is priority". This can be very annoying when you have a big supply stockpile - and the system doesn't want the supply stock to drop ... so you can't hardly produce anything.

the autotool takes out some of the flexibility on making supplies ... actually supplies are the best investments you can make - but if you can't cash them in ...

ok, it really isnt a big deal :eek:o (and thats a relatively good sign ;) ), but would it be possible, in a patch for dd, that the flag of commi yugoslavia is changed in to correct one, that means just adding a red star to the current, it is historacly correct, royal yugo, and commi yugo,..thats like frg and ddr, if they are recognized as two different states, why not this two yugos,....its really strange to have tito without a red star ;) ,.......well anyway as i said it isnt a big deal, but if anyone is from paradox team reading this,....pleasssse, add the red star  :D

They should update the OOB of the older scenarios with the new CVL and the ESC-F, USA will be especially affected by this change.

Well.. FRG and DDR were completely different countries.. with a huge wall between them :p.. Yugo is still Yugo even though ideology changes.. and is it even possible to mod so that flag changes upon ideology? But your idea seems plausible and I agree

well, i am guessing that this is possible to mod in, in hoi2 it didnt bothered me that much because game covered ww2, before tito yugo time, but with ww3 scenario in dd that changes, and what about fascist italy and rep italy,.....flag changes,......same country right?,....italy is italy,......well i know that yugo isn't important as italy, obviously  (although dont know why  ), but can it be done for yugo as well,.....

and for yugo is still yugo, well only the name remained :D , totally different countries, even territorial (claimed istra from ita),...so in that scenario it should have the right flag,.......anyway there a bigger issues here to attent to and fix, that much is true :(

Several bugs in the Scenario Editor. For example, naming and inserting your own labels with X and Y-positions does not work as it should (the label name can´t be inserted and X and Y positions can´t be added from the keyboard)! There are also no new lines connecting new techs you add to the tech tree.

Also, addition of new unit models should be able to use icons for existing unit icons, and the model-number should be able to be changed. For example, I should be able to construct a new Infantry 1925-model, by using the icon for the 1918-infantry-model and changing 1918 to 1925. Please improve this, Paradox...
