I only wish people would understand what signing an NDA actually means.
Did you guys have a limit for the selection ? Or did you just gave the Beta to all those wh qualify ? If so, how many were picked ?

Well being the good guy that I am, I have fired off reminder E-Mails to everyone who hasn't sent in an NDA.
For an agreement to have the effect of law the signature has to be original, at least in my country. This is why I am assuming they can't accept scanned copies.

I did receive one of those "regret to inform" messages back in the day and stopped applying for beta. I wouldn't mind though, being picked as a beta tester without me having to apply, in a "W"esque preemptive beta doctrine.
"We have assigned you to be our beta tester for the game ______, whether you like it, or not! Testing commences effective immediately and will continue until further notice. Report to your nearest Paradox recruit station within two business days up on receiving this message."
