dont have my steam key

im looking under the "my games" and
Crusader Kings III: Royal Edition Pre-Order (Steam)
but i cant see the key, am i doing something wrong?

You are lucky, I can't even see the game in my games or orders even though I bought it over a week ago and the only news I got was from the middle man that handled he transaction. I hope my 75 bucks haven't been sent to waste somehow

Have you looked in your email, possibly in spam?
I got my key sent by Email and I too preordered at the PI store.

I'm having the same issue, sent a ticket to support, hopefully it's just part of what happened when the servers went down right after release and they'll fix it tomorrow.

First, check your email spam, many automated emails like these get caught up there.

If you've changed email addresses since placing the other, check the old one.

If still no good, lodge a support ticket at paradox.zendesk.com

you realize that both of us looked for the key ON THE PDOX PLAZA PAGE right? You know, the place that the email sends you. Meaning the email is in fact useless in this situation.

The game just doesn't have a key attached to it righ tnow.

The key is put IN an email, quite separately to the Paradox My Games page.
