It doesnt have to be exactly like the book, tbh i really prefer the WW2 historical setting and as someone pointed out the countries have already been buffed in terms of research etc

But this isn't the historical ww2 setting. It's set right before the Eurasian War in The Domination alternate history.
I dont know what to tell you they wont be getting any mechanized troops atm maybe at a later stage in development but at the moment me and Luca decided that the troops the countrys have is enough and also the major countrys have mecha and motor techs already researched so there is nothing that stoppes the ai building those types of troops

No, but that's a good idea, although the Soviets are not de facto communists after they lose to Germany as they are then ruled by Semyon Timoshenko in a sort of paternal autocratic way.

In any case I think communism could be semi-popular in China and I dont remember reading anything about Draka doing anything brutal in China, except in Afganistan. So I guess it could be somewhat popular among the Chinese, both as a way to fight against the oppression and as a symbol to liberate their country.

I could provide text and event files themselves if needed.

There could be events in regards of other factions funding dissidents in Draka. As seeing that Draka has a pretty large landmass and in 1936 there isnt much in technology that could provide adequate surveillance to keep all denizens down. + as I remmember Draka citizens were not that many.

It at least would give something to do for Draka . While Hitler plays in Europe- Draka fights some rebels, unifies empire and etc.

Also all manpower should be removed in Afganistan, mostly because Draka performed genocide there and killed 60-70% of population.

If needed while I am now making units for my mod , I could make special unit for Draka - Janissaries - that has stats between Inf and militia , and are used to attack in mass. Could be just enabled by event.

The Janissary force is composed of non-citizens of the Domination of Draka. It is the blunt force arm of the Domination's army.

There are one problem to this idea. There are no communist china in the draka canon, most of china is owned by either Draka or Japan at the start of the game. So it has to be either that soviet union frees the communist china or some type of upprising against the japanese

There is no communist china but that doesnt mean that there wouldnt be no communist support among the ''Chinese serfs''. The Communist Party of China was formed in 1921, and I dont remember that China was under Draka at that period.

Part of China was under draka control the other part was japanese, maybe some people in drakonian china believe in the doctrine communism but i find it highly unlikely

According to this timeline (http://www.changingthetimes.net/draka/app01.html) The Draka overrun central asia and western china from 1914 to 1919. In 1921 Japan annexes the rest of China. Also take into account that in the "Drakaverse" China is under the Taiping Dynasty so it's very probable their is no Communist party in China.

Also a problem regarding Draka armored units is the MBT tech line. In game it shows the 1948 tank as the Hond I and going up to the Hond IV yet on this link (http://www.stardestroyer.net/Armour/ShepStuff/Website/DrakaWB/Drakian AFVs.htm) the Hond 1-4's are WW1 and WW2 tanks. The Hond IV variants should replace the medium tank line, the Hond V's used for the 1943/1945 heavy tank brigades and the Hond VI's for the MBT's with the 1962 MBT being a fictional Hond VII just for the mod as a filler. Of course this relabeling isn't much of a priority but it would be nice to see nonetheless.

I don't know if that's needed, currently the draka use renamed infantry also called Janissaries. If they're losing there are events for pulling serfs from the factories/farms and create vast swaths of militias while reducing industrial output.

I never read the Draka series, and I know this is still in development. Will you be keeping it like that or do you intend to change it? From what I know, Janissaries are like conscripts since they're meant to be cannon fodder. Citizens meanwhile are far better trained and equipped.
