This is redundant, because if you right-click any country, you can easily see who their puppetmaster/puppets are.
If you mean showing who the head of state versus head of government in the leader portrait, I don't really feel that is necessary for this game. Many countries with constitutional monarchies get stability bonuses or some sort of nerf from their monarch, and frankly, this needs to be expanded to include Afghanistan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Luxembourg, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Tibet, Thailand, and Yugoslavia, among others.
For Japan, how much power Hirohito actually wielded is disputed, so for the devs to just write him off as a figurehead would be unwise. But I agree that Tojo needs more representation in this game.
